Office Personnel - 3/9/2010

Location: Massillon

Job Summary: Responsibilities-Answering phones, scheduling service technicians, expected to learn a basic knowledge of products, maintaining inventory, submitting purchase orders, typing work orders, invoicing, basic sales, opening/closing office, maintaining neat workplace

Qualifications: Performing this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the fullest daily. Individual should be able to multi-task, have previous customer service experience and be organized. Training will be administered. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook a plus.

Manager - 3/9/2010

Location: Ashland

Job Summary: Responsibilities-Answering phones, scheduling, knowledgeable about product line and troubleshooting, maintaining inventory, submitting purchase orders, typing work orders, sales ( cold calling and handling already established customers), processing orders, opening/closing office.

Qualifications: Performing this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the fullest daily. Individual should be able to multi-task, have previous customer service and management experience and be organized. Experience in the garage door industry,Training will be administered. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook a plus.

Sales Representative - 3/9/2010

Location: Based out of Ashland, Orrville, or Massillon

Job Summary: Responsibilities - Learn and know both commercial and residential doors and openers. You will be expected to answer any questions the customer has as well as the facts, characteristics, and options associated with each door.

Qualifications: Performing this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to the fullest daily. Blue print reading is a plus, should be self-motivated, and must work well with any customer.
